Strawflower
Colours: Peach, White, Pink, Red, Yellow

These papery blooms come in warm golds, peaches, soft apricot, crisp whites, and mixed pastel shades. They keep their shape so well, even in our humid Ontario summers, and add joyful texture to any bouquet or wreath.
Statice
Colours: Lavender, White, Pink

These hold colour beautifully and bring a soft, ruffled look with good structure. Perfect for bouquets and also sturdy enough for shipping.
Globe Amaranth
Colours: Salmon, Pink, White

Cheerful, long‑lasting pom-poms in salmon-pink, lavender-pink, magenta, and other mixed tones. These dry into tidy, sweet little buttons; lovely clustered together or tucked into small arrangements for a pop of shape and colour.
Globe Thistle

Spiky, sculptural elements with a silvery-blue tone. These add depth and contrast, especially when paired with softer blooms. Fantastic in winter wreaths or rustic arrangements.
Bachelor’s Buttons
Colours: Blue, Pink

Simple, cheerful, and sweet. These little blooms keep their blue and purple hues well when dried, and I love them in natural, hand-gathered style arrangements.
Larkspur
Colours: Lavender, Pink, White

Tall and graceful, Larkspur adds vertical movement and cottage-garden charm. It dries in soft blues, whites, pinks, and lavenders, with delicate florets climbing up each stem.
White Lace Flower (Orlaya)

A delicate, lacy flower that dries surprisingly well. It adds softness and a vintage feel to bouquets — especially nice when paired with bolder colours or textured stems.
Bunny Tails (Lagurus / Ornamental Grass)

Soft, fuzzy, and endlessly charming — these ornamental grasses bring a touch of whimsy to arrangements. Perfect for small vases, children’s keepsakes, or any project calling for soft movement and texture.
Baby's Breath

Baby’s breath is a classic for a reason—those airy, cloud-like sprays dry beautifully and hold their shape with almost no effort. The tiny blooms keep their soft, romantic feel long after harvest, adding gentle fullness and a light, lacy texture to bouquets, wreaths, and bud vases. Whether you grow traditional white varieties or the softer blush and pink tones, they’re reliable, quick to bloom, and a perfect filler for any dried flower project.
Feverfew

Soft, delicate sprays of tiny white daisies that bring a cheerful, garden-grown feel to any arrangement. Feverfew dries beautifully, keeping its shape and gentle brightness, and adds a light, airy texture that pairs perfectly with both bold blooms and softer neutrals. A lovely way to add a touch of whimsy and natural charm to any wedding design.
Bupleurum

Bupleurum brings a clean pop of green to dried arrangements without stealing the show. The stems start bright chartreuse and dry down to a soft olive tone that works with almost any palette. It adds light volume, a bit of movement, and helps tie everything together—perfect for bouquets, wreaths, and small home décor pieces.
