Welcome to Harvest Hill Flower Farm, a small-scale, chemical-free flower farm in Blackstock, Ontario, specializing in naturally grown and air-dried blooms. Our mission is to make beautiful Ontario-grown dried flowers accessible to florists, small businesses, and DIY brides across Canada. All of our flowers are grown with care from seed to stem, without the use of pesticides, dyes, or preservatives. We harvest at peak bloom and hang each stem to dry slowly in our barn, allowing the natural colour and texture of every flower to shine through.

Harvest Hill Flower Farm is a small family-run flower farm in Blackstock, Ontario. I'm Sarah, and I grow, harvest and naturally air-dry flowers right here on our farm, supplying florists, wedding professionals, retailers and small businesses looking for Ontario-grown dried flowers.
Growing flowers from seed to stem gives me control over how they're grown, harvested and dried. I grow without pesticides and synthetic fertilizers, then hang the flowers to dry naturally in our barn without dyes or preservatives. Every flower variety I grow is chosen for how well it holds its natural shape and texture.

Can I order wholesale dried flowers outside the growing season?
Yes! Orders outside the growing season are subject to current availability. If you're looking for wholesale dried flowers outside the usual harvest period, contact me to check what's currently in stock and get up-to-date pricing.
What happens if a crop doesn't grow successfully?
Flowers are grown seasonally, and sometimes crops don't turn out as expected. If I'm unable to fulfil your pre-order because of a crop failure, you'll receive a full refund for the affected order.
Can I mix and match wholesale dried flower varieties?
Yes! My wholesale orders have a minimum, and you can mix and match varieties from my growing list. This gives you the flexibility to choose different colours, shapes and textures for your arrangements or products, rather than ordering a large quantity of just one variety.
Where are your wholesale dried flowers grown?
All the flowers I sell through Harvest Hill Flower Farm are grown and naturally air-dried on my farm in Blackstock, Ontario. I grow from seed to stem without pesticides, dyes or preservatives, offering Canadian-grown dried flowers as an alternative to imported, mass-produced options.
When do you ship wholesale dried flower orders?
I ship orders as soon as possible, based on flower availability, harvest timing and order preparation. Since I grow and dry the flowers myself, availability depends on the growing season and successful harvests. For larger orders or specific varieties, I recommend pre-ordering so I can plan ahead. For the 2027 season, orders are expected to begin shipping in September 2027.
Do you offer shipping or local pickup?
Yes! I ship wholesale dried flower orders across Canada, with shipping and delivery options arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on the order size and destination. Free local pickup is also available at my farm in Blackstock, Ontario. If you're nearby, you're welcome to arrange a pickup instead of paying for shipping.
How long do dried flowers last?
When kept out of direct sunlight and away from humidity, dried flowers can last for years. I still have bunches of statice stems stored in a dark, cool box that have retained their colour and shape for years. Dried flowers are a natural product, so some gradual fading or changes in texture can happen over time, but proper storage helps preserve them for longer.

My wholesale dried flowers are best suited for florists, small businesses and DIY brides who are planning ahead and need larger quantities of flowers. Buying wholesale is a great way to source locally grown, everlasting florals for weddings, arrangements and products, particularly outside the fresh flower season.
Do you offer custom-grown dried flowers?
Yes! If you contact me before the growing season, I'm happy to consider custom-growing requests. The varieties need to be suitable for growing in my garden and drying as cut flowers, but if you have something specific in mind, I'd love to hear about it. Custom quotes are available depending on the varieties and quantities requested.
