FAQ
The Farm
Where are you located?
I grow and dry all of my flowers on a small farm in Port Perry, Ontario.
Can I visit the farm?
Sorry, not at the moment. I have a young family and no fresh-cut flower fields—everything is grown specifically for drying, so the farm isn’t set up for visits or u-pick experiences. When my family starts to get older and I have more free time, I would love to explore fresh cut blooms and farm visits!
Do you use any chemicals or dyes?
Nope. I grow without pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or dyes. Flowers are dried naturally, just as they are.
Flower Orders
What kinds of orders do you offer right now?
I sell dried flowers by the stem, grown naturally on my farm just outside Toronto. You can see what’s available in my product catalog. I'm also accepting custom wedding orders, including bouquets, boutonnieres, and crowns.
How do I request a quote?
To place a custom order, send me a message with your request, wedding colours, and wedding date. You can also use the wedding flower quote calculator and submit your order request directly from there.
I’ll let you know what I expect to have in stock based on what I’m growing.
When I know for sure that I have the flowers needed, I’ll send you a sample photo.
You can request up to 3 revisions per item type (e.g. bouquet, boutonniere).
Only once your flowers are confirmed and ready will I request payment
Do you offer custom orders?
For purchasing dried flower stems, browse my product catalog and select all of the flowers you need. This is the best option for wholesale, or someone looking to purchase in smaller quantities.
All of my wedding orders are currently custom! Just send me an itemized list of the floral items you need along with your colour palette, and I'll send you a quote.
You can also use the wedding flower calculator to estimate the total cost of your flower order.
Do you offer wholesale?
Please see more information about wholesale dried flower orders here. No order minimums, and honest up-front pricing.
When will flowers be available again?
I'm currently sold out of dried flowers for the 2025 season, but more will become available by late summer of 2026.
Receiving Flowers
How do I get my flowers?
I offer local pickup and Canada-wide shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on order size. Don't worry, I pack your dried flowers safely so they won't get damaged!
When do my flowers arrive?
I prepare orders as soon as possible, but each order is unique and is dependent on current stock and availability.
Local Pickup
My farm is located in Port Perry, Ontario. For local brides, pick-up can be arranged by appointment.
Shipping
I securely package your flowers and use Canada Post (with tracking information) to ship them safely to you. Unfortunately, I have no control over shipping times.
Packing & Handling
How do I care for my dried flowers?
- Keep them out of direct sunlight (it fades their natural colour).
- Avoid moisture and humidity—no bathrooms or steamy kitchens.
- Dust gently with a soft brush or gentle shake.
Stored with care, dried flowers can last for years.
How do I pack a bouquet for travel?
- Gently wrap the bouquet in a large piece of kraft paper or newspaper.
- Secure with tape to protect the flowers.
- Place in a snug box with eco-friendly packing (like shredded paper or newspaper).
- Make sure the bouquet doesn’t shift around in the box.
How should I hold my wedding bouquet for photos?
Hold the bouquet at your navel and angle the flowers toward the camera. This shows off the blooms beautifully and feels natural in photos.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently only accept e-transfer. This helps keep costs down for both parties and avoids giving a cut to credit card platforms.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each flower is grown naturally and is unique and delicate, all sales are final.
