Belcroft Estate is such a beautiful setting for a spring wedding, and this was a particularly fun silk flower rental order to put together. The couple chose a soft pastel colour palette, and I created their flowers as a custom order to bring all of those light spring colours together. I love working on custom orders like this because I get to play with the colour palette and flower combinations to create something that feels specific to the couple rather than like a standard package.
I also supplied the flowers for their ceremony arch, which featured soft pastel blooms with white roses throughout. One of the advantages of using silk flowers for ceremony décor is that the flowers don't have to be limited to one part of the wedding day. After the ceremony, the couple was able to repurpose the arch flowers as a garland for their sweetheart table, giving the flowers a second purpose during the reception rather than having them sit unused once the ceremony was over.
The finished look worked beautifully with a spring wedding at Belcroft Estate. The soft pastels and white roses felt light, romantic and fresh against the natural setting of the venue. This was one of those orders that was especially enjoyable to create because the colour palette gave me so much room to work with, and I loved seeing all of the individual pieces come together into one cohesive wedding design.
