Because our dried flowers are natural, delicate products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders.
Each item we sell is made from real, farm-grown botanicals. This means every stem is unique and may vary in:

These natural variations are not defects, but part of what makes each product one-of-a-kind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we encourage you to reach out. We handle concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a fair solution.
