Hybrid Dried and Fresh Flower Wedding Bouquet

A beautiful blend of farm grown dried flowers and fresh seasonal blooms (or faux), designed to give you the best of both worlds.

The dried and fresh flowers are grown, harvested, air dried, and arranged right here at my flower farm just outside Toronto, Ontario. Your bouquet will feature a beautiful mix of locally grown and naturally grown flowers such as strawflower, statice, globe amaranth, and other seasonal flowers and foliage from the farm.

Fresh and Dried Hybrid

Fresh flowers and greenery can be incorporated into your bouquet when they are available on the farm during your wedding season.

  • Choose from the fresh flowers and greenery growing on the farm at the time of your wedding

  • Fresh greenery adds extra volume, movement, and softness to the dried flowers

  • Fresh farm flowers are seasonal and cannot be shipped

  • The entire bouquet is intended to be enjoyed for your wedding day and be discarded afterwards

Faux and Dried Hybrid

You can choose to have faux greenery incorporated instead of fresh greenery or seasonal flowers.

  • Available year round

  • Can be shipped anywhere in Canada

  • No seasonal availability restrictions

  • The bouquet can be kept as a lasting wedding keepsake

Why a Hybrid Bouquet?

I love dried flowers for their beauty, texture, and longevity, but they don't always have the same fullness and volume as fresh flowers. This hybrid approach brings the two together.

You get:

  • Mostly locally grown, farm grown dried flowers

  • The fullness and movement of fresh seasonal flowers

  • The long lasting beauty of dried flowers

  • A natural, garden inspired look

  • Flowers grown and arranged by the same farmer-florist

The fresh flowers are meant to be enjoyed on your wedding day, while the dried portion can be kept and enjoyed for years to come.

  • Ontario-Grown Dried Flowers

Every stem starts in the garden and is grown without the use of pesticides. I harvest at the peak moment and dry slowly in the barn, so flowers keep their natural texture and colour.

  • Farmer-Florist Experience

As a farmer-florist with over 10 years of experience in the wedding industry, I personally grow, dry, and arrange each order to create timeless wedding flowers for couples across Canada.

  • Customizations

This is a premade wedding bouquet and cannot be customized. If you're dreaming of something uniquely yours, consider doing a custom wedding order.

  • Made-to-Order

Because bouquets are made with natural dried flowers and arranged by hand, you may receive slight variations in colour, size, and flower placement. Occasionally, a flower may be substituted with a similar variety.

  • Canada-wide Shipping

Pickup is available for local brides, and Canada-wide shipping is available for most orders. Flowers are packaged carefully, but some shedding may occur during shipping.

  • Finishing Touches

Stems are trimmed and wrapped with twine. Satin ribbon wrapping is also available in a variety of colours for an additional $5.00. Contact me to request.

Dried Wedding Flower FAQ

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship dried wedding flowers across most of Canada. Local pickup is available in Blackstock, Ontario for couples who prefer to collect their flowers from our farm. For larger custom wedding orders, please reach out to discuss options, timelines, and delivery arrangements.

Do you offer wedding setup, delivery, and teardown services?

Yes! For local weddings, we may be able to offer delivery, setup, and teardown services for an additional cost. These services are available on a case-by-case basis depending on your location, wedding details, and availability. Please reach out to discuss your vision and we’d be happy to explore options with you.

Who are dried wedding flowers best suited for?

Dried flowers are perfect for couples looking for a natural, romantic, and lasting alternative to fresh flowers. They are especially popular for boho, rustic, woodland, vintage, and outdoor weddings, as well as for brides who want to keep their bouquet long after the wedding day.

How long do dried flowers last?

With proper care, dried flowers can last for months or even years. Keep your bouquet indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high humidity to preserve its colour and shape.

Are dried flowers real flowers?

Yes. Our dried bouquets are made from real flowers grown and carefully dried by hand. Because they are a natural product, each bouquet will have its own unique variations in colour, shape, and texture.

When should I order my dried wedding flowers?

We recommend ordering your dried wedding flowers several months before your wedding date to ensure availability and allow time for preparation and shipping. Please indicate your wedding date and preferred arrival date at checkout.

Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?

Each bouquet is handmade using natural flowers, so slight variations in colour, flower size, and stem placement are expected. Your bouquet will be created in the same style and colour palette shown, while remaining unique.

Are dried flowers fragile?

Dried flowers are delicate and should be handled gently, but they are surprisingly durable when cared for properly. Due to the delicate nature of dried flowers, minor shedding may occur during shipping and handling.

How do I hold a dried flower bouquet?

Dried flower bouquets naturally have fewer side blooms than fresh bouquets, so how you hold them makes a big difference. Hold your bouquet at about navel height with your elbows relaxed, then gently tilt the top of the bouquet slightly forward. This lets your guests and your photographer see the flowers instead of the stems, creating a much more flattering look in your wedding photos.
